Background
Jamie Adler has successfully combined business and technology for over 25 years as an entrepreneur, management consultant, and business executive in Tech and Telecom. She has founded her own venture-backed startups, managed new product development at a Fortune 500 company, and enabled growth at businesses of all sizes. Her proven ability to discover opportunities, communicate ideas, lead teams, and utilize new technology to its greatest advantage has made her invaluable to organizations transforming vision into reality.

In 2015, she turned her passion for supporting women in the field of technology into her day job when she joined NCWIT to lead the Aspirations in Computing program. Now she serves the NCWIT membership and all of NCWIT's programs by building and growing scalable processes and technology that enable pursuit of the NCWIT mission and successes for our ever-stronger community of stakeholders.

Jamie is also a Board member of the “Coolest Women We Know” and is a frequent panelist for its Profit Matters program, encouraging, advising, and guiding female entrepreneurs to success.

Jamie received her MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA as well as a BA in sociology from UCLA. She received her education in tech the old-fashioned way with on-the-job training, necessity-driven trial-and-error, reading the manual, attending user group meetings, and asking colleagues “Why?” and “How?”
